Go Dotty for Spot Tights!

After Beyonce and Cat's stunning appearances in thier spot hosiery, everyone seems to have gone dotty for them! Spot tights are absolutely everywhere at the moment and after featuring the Charnos Spot Mesh Tights (S/M/L&XL) in last weeks post, we thought we'd share our Charnos XeLence Mini Spot Tights from the fashion tights plus size collection too. The Charnos Xelence range is exclusively designed for curvy ladies and these plus size pantyhose are spot on with the current dotty trend and guarantee comfort from sizes 16 to 32.

The reason that they are everywhere is that spot tights  are so wearable and they add a fun but subtle twist to any outfit!

To create the perfect size, Charnos XeLence hosiery is tried and tested to get the correct balance on the leg length and width, resulting in hosiery that is NOT too tight, or too baggy.

The tights have a non-conventional, anti-roll, waistband with a single layer construction and ultra soft lycra fibre, eliminating unsightly and uncomfortable red marks.

Sheer yarns are used around the body area giving a light weight and keeping you cooler, and there are no panels or extra seams, resulting in a smooth line under clothing and no VPL’s.

Go on, go dotty, it is Friday after all!

Twiggy Style monochrome stripe tights

The classic and sleek statement of monochrome never fails to appear on the catwalks and the high street, with this years AW collections being no exception. The black and white block colour outfits began to emerge in the swinging 60's - the decade that broke fashion traditions. Twiggy became the poster girl for 1960's fashion with her trademark pixi haircut, cat eye-liner and monochrome mini dresses...

Another regular feature in Twiggy's modelling campaigns was fashionable leg wear. Never seen before coloured tights over knee tights, printed tights, spot tights and striped pantyhose adorned the legs of super-models. This eventually led to her very own range of Twiggy Tights, launched in 1969 at The Ritz hotel in London...

In order to get the endlessly timeless monochrome style and in honour of Twiggy's love of spotted tights and striped pantyhose, Essex'ee Legs has just the thing...

To create a modern and edgy monochrome look, reminiscent of the iconic 1960's style, team a black hot-pants and white shirt combo with Gipsy Monochrome Mock Over the Knee Tights, and some black patent brogues.

A gorgeous black and white A-line shift worn with Pamela Mann Penny Spot Tights and black high heel courts, would also be a pretty, and unique, choice this Autumn. Go on, go dotty for monochrome and stripes!
